Willi Künzli is a lawyer specializing in private competition enforcement on behalf of claimants in Brazil. Recognized since 2019 by Leaders League’s ranking for Competition Damages Recovery in Brazil, he represents companies of all sizes in claims against cartels, including the cement, sea salt, GIS, AIS, and power cables cartels. Willi has been involved in complex litigation involving foreign jurisdictions and collaborates with global law firms to recover damages caused by international cartels. In addition to his degree in law, he holds a Doctorate in International Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP) with a dissertation on private competition enforcement under a comparative perspective: EU, US and Brazil; Master’s degree in International Law from the same University; an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law; and a specialization in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo. He is licensed to practice law in Brazil and the State of New York (USA).
